No Refund Policy

a) Subscription and Listing Fees

  • Payments made for subscriptions, listing services, or any other features within the ResiGate app are strictly non-refundable.
  • Users are required to confirm their purchase before completing the payment, ensuring transparency in the process.

b) Service Bookings

  • Once a service booking is confirmed and paid for, no refunds will be issued.
  • Users are encouraged to review service details carefully before making a booking.

c) Erroneous Transactions

  • In the rare case of a duplicate or erroneous charge due to a system error, users may contact ResiGate support within 48 hours of the transaction for review.
  • Approved cases may be eligible for a refund at ResiGate’s sole discretion.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Users are encouraged to contact ResiGate support before initiating chargebacks with their bank or payment provider.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account suspension.
