5. Visitor Management & Security

- Apartment societies may enforce security policies, including ID verification and visitor logs.
- ResiGate does not guarantee visitor background verification; responsibility lies with users and societies.
6. Service Bookings & Payments
- Users can book services such as maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs through ResiGate.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, subject to their terms and conditions.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the respective service provider’s policy.
7. Community Rules & Conduct
- Users must adhere to community guidelines and avoid posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
